Andrew Hunt On The Lot Update

Hey folks,

It official.....Andy has made it to the final elimination round!!!!

The big show is on Monday night at 7PM Central (8PM Eastern) time. It
looks like they will cut 6 more people and those that are left
standing will finally show their flicks to America and we get to call
in and vote a la "American Idol"

So please, let's all cross our fingers, watch the big showdown, get
them cell phones charged up and vote vote vote vote vote vote vote
vote vote.....(sorry...I am not sure how many times we can call
in)......vote vote vote vote vote!!!

Let's spread the word and keep ANDY in the HUNT!!

On the Lot

I parked it last night to watch On the Lot.

Okay, I was already parked watching American Idol because my fourteen year old is a "Blaker Girl", but, whatever.

I had the pleasure of watching my friend Andrew Hunt on the show.

I've known Andy for a 9-10 years now. When they announced that the contestants were going to have to pitch a logline, I knew he had it nailed shut. I've seen him pitch the goofiest concepts and sell them like lottery tickets.

He didn't disappoint. After last nights show I think I'm about to watch my friend become famous.

Sleepy Eye onTV tonight!!!

Hello Everybody,

My buddies Andy and Jason over at Sleepy Eye are going big time. Here's a note from Jason about it:

Just keeping you all updated on some pretty exciting stuff that is
happening over here in Sleepy Eye Land. One of our own, Andrew Hunt,
is goin' to Hollywood!

A new show, called "On The Lot" is premiering tonight on Fox at 8PM
Central Standard Time (right after "American Idol".) and Andy made it
to the top 50!! The show is an Idol-Style, vote-for-your-favorite,
type of thing but instead of singers, it is about directors who have
to make a new short flick every week and present them to the public.
It is exec produced by Mark Burnett and Steven Spielberg and is going
to air Mondays and Tuesdays after this week.

From the list of names, it looks like Andy is the only one of them
that is representing those of us here in MN. I hope you all can check
it out and vote for Mr. Andy! I will definitely keep you all in the
loop as things progress.

Thanks again for all of the support, blood, sweat, tears and
