So we've been here eight days and we've gone boogie boarding 7 times and been to the beach 9 times. It's early and I'm pretty sure those stats will change today.
My brother came down a few days after we arrived. He kept saying that the water was so clean in Laguna.
It's funny because the beach ratings are based on fecal content. So while the water at Oak Street is very clean, the water at Doheny is full of crap. Aliso Creek empties into the harbor apparently.
The really interesting thing is that Venice consistently scores a good rating. No shit (I guess). Just used condoms and syringes. Oh well- surfs up and the water is rocking here in the OC.
