Spent the entire afternoon at the beach yesterday. Surfing and eating fish Tacos.
Then we took Zoë to her first dog park. It was no Prospect Park obviously, but it worked.
It's so good to be the hell out of Las Vegas. In fact, I think I'm just not going to cop to ever living in Vegas from this point on. When people ask where I was the last two years? -- I'm going to say, uh I dunno ...France or sumthin'.
After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more
hills to climb. I have taken a moment here to rest, to steal a view of
the glorious vista that surrounds me, to look back on the distance I
have come. But I can rest only for a moment, for with freedom comes
responsibilities, and I dare not linger, for my long walk is not yet
ended.
